About Saltwater Fish ID, Inc.

Saltwater Fish ID, Inc. is a small business co-owned by Florida natives, Jennifer & Ray Kensler. It started out as a graphic design firm in 1999 called Jennifer Kensler Designs. It was owned and run by Jennifer. Then in the fall of 2003 Ray had an idea for a book for saltwater fishermen. Ray's idea combined with Jennifer's graphic artist skills and turned into 2004 Florida Saltwater Fish ID ©. A great little book that combines pictures of Florida Saltwater Fish and the Florida Fish Regulations for each fish all in a water resistant lamented book designed to go fishing with you!

The book has been very well received and we decided to expand and create more Saltwater Fish ID books for more states and thus changed our name to Saltwater Fish ID, Inc. The 2006 edition of Florida Fish ID will be available by February 28, 2006. Texas Saltwater Fish ID will be available by March 28, 2006.

A few years ago Ray decided to replace the sterndrive on our fishing boat. After being horrified by the price that MerCruiser ® was asking for it's new sterndrives Ray decided to see what else was out there. He found a great manufacture that makes brand new after market sterndrives to fit 1973-1991 MerCruiser's® Alpha One® Sterndrive or your MerCruiser's® Gen II Sterndrive. We liked the product so much we decided to become a dealer and help our customer's get the same great deal we did!
